After the 23 edition of Torrellano Cup despite the crisis that affects us globally, organizing Torrellano Cup 2012, wants the tournament Torrellano, is once again a world reference base handball. We are therefore striving to improve every year and the teams involved in Torrellano Cup to return to their cities of origin and countries with “soon” considering that it’s been five days together sports, culture, holiday and leisure participants have passed the town of Torrellano.

The teams that have taken part in our lasts tournaments are following:

Australia, Austria, Angola, Argelia, Brasil, Bosnia Herzegobina, Bulgaria, Canada, Colombia, Cyprus, Denmark, Egypt, Eslovaquia, Estonian, Finland, France, Gambia, Germany, Guatemala, Holland, Hungary, India, Island, Israel, Italy, Letonian, Lithuania, Mexico, Nigeria, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republica Dominicana, Rumania, Russia, Sweden, Taiwan, Togo,  Turkey, United Kingdom, Ukraine, U.S.A., Yugoslavia, Zimbabwe,  as well as teams from the whole Spanish area.

The International Handball Tournament Torrellano, has become one of the international tournament with more teams and participants from Spain and one of the most important within the European framework which means at the global level, hoping each time to have a greater consolidation and importance.

From wednesday 11th July to sunday 15th July 2012 following this program:

wednesday 11th July, preliminary matches and open Ceremony with the parada of the teams and the beginning competition.

thursday 12h July, preliminary matches and Reception Lunch of the managers and Delegates of the teams in the Hotel Areca**** Restaurant Carabí (Torrellano). Party for the participants.

friday 13th July, preliminary matches, Big Paella for 3000 persons and Party Election Miss and Mister Torrellano Cup 2012.

saturday 14th July, preliminary matches, Semi-final matches and 23´00 Match of the Stars (Trainers / Referees ). Party for the participants.

sunday 15 th July, final matches price-giving, closing ceremony and Party for the participants.

Torrellano is a town located between Alicante and Elche (City when symbols that have been distinguished by the UNESCO. Both the Palm Groves, giving the city a special urban seal and the Elx Mystery Play), the best beaches of Alicante province are only 5 Km. From Torrellano and Benidorm and Torrevieja very knows cities are to 50 Km, from our town.

After this introduction we would like to invite you to play with your teams in out tournament with a very good competive level and organization.

The referees, are invited on behalf of the organization, which includes the lodging and meals.

Aplication for enrolment has to present by May 28th  2012.

The enrolment on a especial form  must be sent with the copy of the payment of the enrolment fee to the organization not later than 28th May 2012 together with on will communicate before than 28th  May 2012 witch teams have been enrolled.

The teams that don’t chose any options of loading and meals; they must pay 200 € of your team for the enrolment fee.

Senior: girls and boys all the Ages.

Youth: boys and girls 1995-1994 and younger.

Cadet: boys and girls 1997-1996 and younger.

Child: boys and girls 1999-1998 and younger.

Fry: boys and girls 2000-2001 and younger.

Benjamin: boys and girls 2002-2003 and younger.

If there are a great number of selections teams from diferents countries will have a paralell competition with a selection level.

It is permitted for the players to play in the differents teams of your club but not in the same age category.

[ CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION ]

Each club will have to have your own medical insurance.

Each team will provide for the its own travelling, board and lodging expenses.

The teams who need VISAS to take part in the tournament, they’ll must send to the organization a copy of the visas that it have benn aproved by the embasy, before 11-06-2012. If the teams don’t send this copy before this day, they can’t take part in the tournament.

[ ACCOMODATION AND MEANS ]

(A) Classroom for person, 160 €.

Each team will have a classroom at the school and each participant will have to bring a pneumatic mattress and sleepbag.

(B) A mattress with sheets at the classroom for person, 180 €.

Each team will have classroom with mattress with sheets.

(C) A whole bed at the classroom for person, 200 €.

Each team will have classroom with a whole bunks beds.

(D) Small Hotel in Torrellano or the Altet, 250 €.

(E) Hotel *** in Santa Pola, Torrellano or Elche, 280 €.

(F) Hotel **** in Alicante, Torrellano or Elche, 350 €.

(G) Hotel ***** in Alicante or Elche, 375 €.

The people who choose single room in inn or hotel will have anincrease in the tariffs of a 20%

The above charges include in option A, B or C, two daily meals in the dining of IFA or restaurants from Torrellano also include lodgings, excursions proposed from the organization and the stay from the 11th July to 15th July 2012.

The price shown is per person in the options D, E, F and G includes breakfast and two meals a day in the hostel or hotel accommodation, excursions offered by the organization and access to the water park (Teams that have no coach for excursions may ask the organization to hire a coach to make such trips).

The charges must be paid not lated than 11th June 2012

Teams who chose the option A, B or C must pay 100 € what will be given back at the end of the tournament. Teams who chose the option D (hostel) and option E, F or G (hotel) will must pay the 50% of all the charge with the enrolment, in order to the organization book the rooms.

The people who choose single room in inn or hotel will have anincrease in the tariffs of a 20%
