The Torrellano Handball Club, is a private  non-profit organisation, with a legal character and the ability of working on its own, who’s only objective is forming and practising a sport within the federation.

This legal advise is meant to establish the rules to use the website www.torrellanocup.org, owned by the Torrellano Handball Club (from here onward referred to as CBM Torrellano) and  at the disposal of the internet user.

CBM Torrellano was founded under the law and in agreement of the law 4/1993 of December 20, of the Generalitat Valenciana, of sports in the Comunidad Valenciana, and will be governed by this Act, and by the Law 1/2002, from march 22^nd in which the rules and conditions for associations are established, and  by all the other dispositions concerning of the autonomous state who are in force and are applicable.
